Useful Information and General Conditions of Snowdreamers Ski School
Private lessons and group courses for skiing and snowboarding for adults, children, and organized groups.
The sports hour lasts 55 minutes. The lesson prices do not include accident insurance, so it is recommended to integrate it when purchasing the ski pass.
Lessons and courses take place under any weather conditions; if weather conditions prevent the ski lifts from opening, unused lessons can be rescheduled or refunded. Lessons are non-refundable, and any delays or absences are not made up for; interruptions due to illness or injury will only be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Payment for all services is made in advance; only the presentation of the booking receipt to the instructor allows participation in the lesson or course.
Group courses cannot be converted into private lessons; missing one or more days of the course does not entitle you to a refund, except upon presentation of a medical certificate. Ski pass and equipment are not included in the lesson price.
It is recommended to have equipment in perfect condition; wearing a helmet is mandatory for children under 14 years of age.
Ski schools do not fall under the category of amateur sports associations indicated in Article 90, Paragraph 17 and following of Law 289/2002. Lessons given to children between the ages of 5 and 18 do not qualify for the tax deduction provided for in Article 15, Paragraph 1 of D.P.R. 917/86.
Any request for a tax deduction must be made before payment is made.
The Ski School guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided for tax purposes. This data will be used to send commercial information; if you do not wish to receive such information, please inform us. Law 675/96.
By placing an order on the online site www.snowdreamers.com, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to them during the purchase process and to fully accept the general terms and payment conditions outlined below. The Customer has no right to claim damages or compensation, nor any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
In case of unforeseen unavailability of the service and non-acceptance of the order, no charges will be made to the Customer.
The Ski School is subject to 5% VAT starting from this year, in compliance with recent regulatory changes. Therefore, the school is obliged to issue invoices pursuant to Article 36/bis of D.P.R. 633/1972 and subsequent amendments.
An invoice is issued for every payment received via bank transfer, while for all other payments, a fiscal electronic receipt will be issued.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the system through an email sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the purchased service and the features selected during the purchase process. It is the Customer’s responsibility to register with correct data and keep it updated using their access credentials.
The purchase of lesson hours can be made by Credit Card. Credit card transactions are processed through a Virtual POS service by Axepta Spa, via the Worldline Merchant platform; at no time during the purchase process can the e-commerce portal’s system or any staff member know the Customer’s credit card number, as it is provided directly by the Customer to the Secure Server of the Credit Institution via a secure and encrypted internet connection according to current online payment standards.
In the case of payment via Bank Transfer, the course will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. The bank transfer must be made within 5 days from the order date.
After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled by the system. Currency: All amounts displayed on www.snowdreamers.com are in Euros, which is the reference currency.
No shipping costs are applied as these are on-site service sales.
There are no delivery costs. Nothing more is due from the Customer beyond the total order amount.
No right of withdrawal is provided for cancellations without justified reasons that do not comply with the cancellation policies, which require acceptance before proceeding with confirmation.
For any confirmed service cancellation, the customer must send a notice to Scuola Italiana Sci Snowdreamers via email at info@snowdreamers.com. Once the withdrawal notice is received, Scuola Italiana Sci Snowdreamers will process the refund, which will be made using the same payment method used at the time of booking/purchase, following the current cancellation policies.
Personal data requested during the order process are collected and processed to meet the Customer’s specific requests and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances. Scuola Italiana Sci Snowdreamers guarantees its customers compliance with the regulations on personal data protection as governed by the privacy code under Legislative Decree 196 of June 30, 2003.

The sales contract between the Customer and Scuola Italiana Sci Snowdreamers is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of their town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Belluno.
The purchaser is obliged to present themselves with a printed copy of the purchase order, at least 1 hour before the start of the course, at the Snowdreamers ski school to collect the voucher, which will be valid during the ski lessons.
